Sierra Side Track 830/840 are Mass Flow Meters and Controllers for gas and air, without pressure or temperature sensor. Sierra�s Model 840 features a built-in electromagnetic servo-control for instantaneous control of gas. Platinum sensor ensures zero-drift. Body fitting: 25 mm. Connector: 3/8-inch compression. Viton elastomer. 15 Pin �D" signal connector. Flow range: L Low Flows Body (0�10 sccm to 0�15 slpm). M Medium Flows Body (0�15 slpm to 0�100 slpm) H High Flows (0�100 slpm to 0�500 slpm). Flow ranges specified are for an equivalent flow of nitrogen at 760 mm Hg and 21�C (70�F). Gas ambient temperature: 32� to 176�F (0 to 80�C); above 122�F (50�C) requires HT or RT option. Gas pressure: max 500 psig (34 barg). Power: 15 VD. Control Range (for 840 only): 2 to 100% of full scale. Command signal 0 to 5 VDC. Wetted materials are 316 stainless steel. Suitable for clean gases, including corrosives. NIST traceability. CE Approved
